What we collect

Sponsoric collects the minimum data necessary to operate the ad platform:

• Advertisers: Email address, product name, product URL, ad content (headline, body, CTA), and payment information processed by Stripe or verified on-chain.
• Publishers: Email address, site name, site URL, and payout method (Stripe Connect account or Tempo wallet address).
• Ad events: Impressions and clicks are logged with a hashed IP address (not the raw IP), user agent, and a non-identifying device fingerprint for fraud detection. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

• Serve contextual ads matched by content tags, not user profiles
• Detect and prevent click fraud
• Process payments and payouts
• Send transactional emails (campaign confirmations, payout receipts, weekly reports)

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

No tracking

Sponsoric does not use cookies, localStorage, cross-site tracking, or behavioral profiling. Ads are matched to page content (tags), not to individual users. The embed script does not set any cookies or access browser storage.

Data storage

Account data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (US region). Ad event data is processed by Tinybird for analytics. Emails are sent via Resend. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and on-chain via the Tempo blockchain.

Data retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Ad event data (impressions, clicks) is retained for up to 12 months for reporting, then aggregated. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@trial.so.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
