Overview

Sponsoric is a contextual advertising platform connecting advertisers with publishers across a network of technology, developer, and creator sites. By using Sponsoric as an advertiser or publisher, you agree to these terms.

Advertiser terms

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your ad content.
  • Ads are screened by AI for content safety. Ads scoring below 7/10 are rejected automatically.
  • If your ad is flagged or removed after going live, serving stops immediately.
  • You pay per click. Fraudulent clicks are filtered and not charged.
  • Campaign budgets are paced evenly across the campaign duration.
  • Payments via Stripe are processed in USD. Payments via Tempo are in USDC.
  • All purchases are final. No refunds are issued for campaign budgets, whether funded via Stripe or USDC.

Publisher terms

  • You earn 70% of every valid ad click on your site. Sponsoric retains 30%.
  • Revenue share may be adjusted for high-volume publishers by mutual agreement.
  • Minimum payout is $10. Earnings below this threshold are carried forward.
  • Stripe-sourced earnings are paid via Stripe Connect. Crypto-sourced earnings are paid in USDC on Tempo.
  • You are responsible for maintaining content standards on your site per our content policy.
  • Publisher accounts may be suspended for policy violations. Pending earnings from the violation period may be forfeited.

Prohibited content

Both advertisers and publishers must comply with our content policy. Prohibited content includes: adult/explicit material, illegal products, gambling, weapons, hate speech, malware, and deceptive advertising.

API and MCP usage

  • API keys are personal and should not be shared.
  • Rate limits apply to all endpoints. Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary or permanent blocking.
  • We reserve the right to modify or deprecate API endpoints with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

Sponsoric is provided “as is.” We do our best to ensure uptime, accurate tracking, and timely payouts, but we are not liable for losses due to service interruptions, third-party payment failures, or blockchain network issues.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our content policy. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Remaining balances above the payout minimum will be paid out within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
